Resistances: 

• Matter Manipulation: Survived Kiryu's Absolute Zero Canon, no sold Shimo's Ice Beam which also reaches Absolute Zero temperatures. Ghidorah's Gravity Beams which breaks down gravity making it subatomic in scope, just mildly annoys him and can usually tank his own Atomic Breath which works on a subatomic level and quantum in other iterations.
• Soul Manipulation: Tanked beam attacks from both Mothra and Battra, which can affect down to the spiritual level, resisted the spirits of all three Guardian Monsters entered into his body and was unharmed being in contact with Void Ghidorah, who in near proximity directly invades the mind and soul.
• Causality Manipulation: The Futurians tried to erase Godzilla from history via time travel yet failed in the events of Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah 1991.
• Probability Manipulation: Stated to be a match for Orochi, who can use the "Supreme Emperor Red Storm Dance", which is 99.9% unavoidable and can't be solved by advanced supercomputers from the future that can decide outcomes.
• Poison Manipulation: Was unaffected by Mothra's stingers, stated to be immune to all known of poison, fought of deadly poison for months, unaffected by Kumonga's stingers which can easily kill Kamacuras.
• Disease Manipulation: Could burn down deadly bacteria in his own body, shrugs off Anti Nuclear Energy Bacteria leaches his nuclear power multiplying inside his body while battling against Biollante.
• Corrosion: Resisted and quickly healed from Biollante's corrosive acid.
• Mind Manipulation / Control: Resisted being Controlled by physics and mind controlling devices, couldn't be controlled by Mallory and Minette who can kill a small army of men, as well mind control several Kaiju with their powers, Hell and Heaven tries to possess and control Godzilla directly, only for Godzilla to remain unaffected, resisted the will of God, a special headache gun tends to fry Kaiju brains has no effect on Godzilla's brain patterns and a device that mentally enslaved all the other kaijus couldn't control Godzilla due to his primal savagery and was relatively unharmed against existing closely to Void Ghidorah who can invade the mind and soul at close proximity. • Madness Manipulation: Resisted King Ghidorah's poison gas which can turn creatures mad.
• Energy Absorption: Overloaded Spacegodzilla and resisted his energy being siphoned by him, Spacegodzilla can absorb the infinite cosmic energies in space, resisted his energy being absorbed by Void Ghidorah who can eat universes, Destroyah also couldn't absorb him, nor the Infinite Heat Ray.
• Power Absorption: His G-Cells can negate power absorption yet Godzilla resisted being absorbed by his clones.
• Power Nullification: Resisted Spacegodzilla's power nullification the longer the fight progresses and overcame his powers being nullified by Hell after realizing his epiphany.
• Death Manipulation: Survived Void Ghidorah's bites which in his weaker 2D state can instantly slice through and kill anything it interacts with.
• Electricity: Usually absorbs electricity to grow stronger. However, he still endured Kong's electrical powers, endures a prolong exposure to millions of volts, endured Mechagodzilla's shock anchors and reverses it's effects, no sold Zeus' lightning bolts and easily dealt with millions of Megawatts.
• Reactive Evolution / Adaptation: Destroyah couldn't adapt to him, who a few seconds earlier adapted to his DNA instantaneously and overtax Biollante who has infinite evolution.
• Extreme Heat & Fire Manipulation: No sells nuclear bombs on a very regular basis, which scientifically reaches 100 million degrees, usually swims and unfazed by the heat of lavas, his throat goes through a process called nucleosynthesis which is a real life phenomenon that reaches millions of degrees Celcius, withstood the power of his Atomic Breath 10,000 fold the same atomic breath has the base temperature of 500,000 degrees celcius, outgrew and is physically more resistant than Destoroyah who tanked the Infinite Heat Ray.
• Extreme Cold & Ice Manipulation: Casually walked off Absolute Zero temperatures by Kiryu and Shimo, unbothered by the Arctic's freezing environment, traversed through a realm of Hell dubbed as Frozen Devastation and another realm of Hell with freezing temperatures.
• BFR: Escaped being sent into a Black Hole, and can warp across insane distances.
• Possession: Prevented the spirits of all three Guardian Monsters entered into his body.
• Fate Manipulation: Any attempts to foresee or change the future was easily replaced by Godzilla with a brand new timeline.

Abilities and Hax:

• Adaptation: Developed magnetism to counter Mechagodzilla, His G-Cells are capable of adaptation and have adapted into Biollante from plants and a Girl's DNA, Spacegodzilla from Black-holes and Supernovas and Destoroyah from prehistoric crustaceans and Micro-Oxygen. Absorbed and adapted to King Ghidorah's gravity beams and fired his own modified version of his atomic breath that instantly killed him. Absorbed and adapted to Power Ranger's attacks which are made of Morphing Grid Energy, where it's attacks previously harmed him.

• Magic: GMK Godzilla is empowered by Magic. Resisted Rita's Magic. Absorbed the power of God which should be mystical in nature. Toho declared that Godzilla can tank and adapt to Ikugusami's thunderbolts which are also magical.

• Energy Absorption/Manipulation: Godzilla has absorbed numerous forms of energy throughout his history, including radiation from atomic bombs, draining and consuming nuclear reactors, and repeatedly absorbing electricity during the Showa and Heisei eras. He has also absorbed Ghidorah’s electrically charged gravity beams, cosmic radiation (as seen through the creation of SpaceGodzilla and later reaffirmed in the comics), and even magical energies such as Ikusagami’s Sub Bolts and GMK Ghidorah’s mystical gravity beams.
