There are three distinct feats that I want to emphasize in order to explain the nature of Thor's inner power.
Feats Inspection
In feat #2, Thor overpowers the World Engine, with the story explicitly stating that he was pushing back both the force of the Engine and the full might of the World Tree while emphasizing that tampering with it would unleash untold destruction. Immediately beforehand, Thor is explicitly shown channeling his inner power by invoking the Rune of Thurisaz, the rune of Thor, where the narration strongly implies that doing so signifies the unleashing and reclamation of his inherent power.
In feat #3, he achieves a casual and decisive victory over MYTHOS, who had harnessed the full power of Yggdrasil. At the outset of the battle , despite not holding back and explicitly channeling his anger and rage, Thor was initially overwhelmed, even stating that MYTHOS' attacks was slowly tearing him apart piece by piece. However, following a brief pep talk from Spider-Man and a renewed understanding of what it truly means to be a hero, Thor regained his confidence. He then effortlessly endured countless blasts from MYTHOS, exhausted his opponent's power and ultimately crushed both his arm and his entire body, securing a flawless victory. In the end, remarking that the greatest power that he possesses above all else is the power of his heart, the power of Thor.
Analysis
As you can see, all three of these feats convey Thor's inner power at it's very best. Each feat explicitly emphasizes the existence and significance of his innate power. The first visually depicts Thor affecting the World Tree while the narration states that the storm reached every root and branch, the second demonstrates him channeling his reclaimed power before overpowering the World Engine and the full might of the Tree and the third showcases his overwhelming victory over MYTHOS, who wielded Yggdrasil's full power by literally channeling the power of his own name. Moreover, all three feats are accomplished without any outside assistance or external power source. In fact, Mjolnir is notably absent from each of them, highlighting just how independent Thor's inner power truly is despite the hammer traditionally serving as a means of amplifying or focusing his abilities. Finally, these feats present a well-rounded demonstration of Thor's capabilities in which the first highlights his command over lightning, the second his raw physical strength and the third his resilience and insane endurance.
Not only is this consistent with Thor's character but it also aligns with the very nature of his worthiness, which is his ability to embrace humility and act in the name of righteousness rather than personal glory, revenge or sport. This theme is reinforced throughout the comics on multiple occasions. For instance, Freyja tells Thor that his greatest power is not Mjolnir, but his own beating heart, emphasizing that his true strength comes from within. Likewise, Odin himself acknowledges that he is no match for the power of his own son and potentially mightier than him, further supporting the notion that Thor's greatest source of power has always been his own innate potential. Furthermore, in some of his latest appearances, Thor now is consciously aware of the superhero logic that exists within his world. As long as he believes that justice is worth fighting for, he is capable of pushing past his limits and overcoming even the greatest of obstacles.
Nonetheless, this provides a more coherent framework and helps explain some of Thor's apparent losses. For example, during his poor defeat at the hands of Odin wearing the Destroyer Armor, although that incarnation of Odin was undeniably powerful, it still should not compare to the full might of the World Tree. The most plausible explanation is that Thor was drawing upon his fury rather than his inner power. This interpretation is consistent with the earlier Yggdrasil feat, which only affected the Tree's roots rather than its entire structure and is further reinforced by his battle with MYTHOS, where the narrative explicitly demonstrates that Thor's fury pales in comparison to his inner power.
Consequently, this suggests that even if another character fought Thor under the implication that he was going all out and completely bloodlusted, there is still a strong possibility that they would not truly scale to his full power (as crazy as it sounds). This mechanic not only provides a reasonable explanation for some of Thor's losses but also allows him to consistently remain the strongest character in his verse, as his greatest feats are achieved through his inner power rather than through rage alone. Establishing a more consistent scaling chain with the majority of herald-tiers scaling to Yggdrasil's roots and physical body, while the entirety of the World Tree's structure remains reserved for only a minute handful of characters such as Hulk.
- Plot/Narrative/Fate/Causality Manipulation: Thor is the heir of Yggdrasil, the All-Power that harnesses stories across all levels of creation and is the underlying reason behind every retcons and it's source originating from the House of Ideas. His lightning is the brother of the Secret Fire, which is the Light of the House of Ideas and also references the flames emanated from the White Hot Room. Thor's lightning is also capable of extinguishing it. Forges Yolgjord which negates God of Stories Loki, despite the latter capable of trapping the Beyonder in a narrative arc and become the storyteller inside the House of Ideas. Cancels out Amora's Skald Magic, which was altering Thor's personality and story. Thor is meant to command Fate, and Mjolnir is his wheel which allows him to manipulate the plot and pattern of stories in Marvel. Mjolnir is capable of cracking Toranos' Wheel of Fate and is capable of harnessing the energies of the Superflow, which is a place of pure concept and metaphors. Thor is aware of Loki narrating him.

- Absorption: Usurped amped Galactus who harbored enough power to kill a Black Winter, channeled Glory's cosmic fire containing his totality, absorbed Horus' energy, Hyperion's Heat Vision, absorb Magic, absorbed radiation and Life-Force
- Immortality Negation: Can kill other gods, who harbors layered immortality.
- Anti-Magic: Kills Mangog with Anti-Magic.
- Power Nullification: Created a vortex that hinders Juggernaut's forcefield. The Odinpower can be used to shut off Surtur's connection with Eternal Flame through his Twilight Sword. Nullified Magneto's powers.
- Soul Manipulation/Resistance: Tanks multiple blast from Robbie Reyes and Zarathos' Hellfire Magic, which can burn directly to one's soul. Unharmed by Mephisto trying to claim his soul.
- Existence Erasure: Gods like Thor can resist the Light of the House of Ideas, the full force of creative force at their face, recovered after being stabbed by Knull's All-Black Necrosword and temporarily endured the Omniversal Godbomb which were killing all gods across creation.
- Magic: Overwhelmed Hulk with his lightning, despite Hulk capable of containing the power of Nyx's shard. Reverses Dr. Doom's Magic.
- Absorption Negation: Demogorge couldn't erase him from existence.
- Causality Negation: Could cause significant damage to Eternity, who can reverse the effects of Beyonder and Protege's blast.
